How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Domestic orders within Pakistan typically take 5-7 working days, while international shipping can take 10-15 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfers for both local and international customers.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and have all original tags attached. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds; instead, a store credit will be issued.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, slight variations in color may occur.

Do you offer customization or stitching services?

Currently, we offer our collections in standard sizes as shown in our size chart. We do not provide custom measurements or bespoke stitching services at this time.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
